Zeco Auriemo: The Brazilian Leader of JHSF

Zeco Auriemo is a Brazilian businessman, whom became the president of his family’s company called JHSF. He was under the age of thirty when he took over the role as one of the leaders in the company. As a teenager, he worked for his family, where he acquired a great deal of experience. Even at a young age, Zeco Auriemo had a vision of the building market before becoming the family president. At the age of seventeen, he studied engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Sao Paulo. During this time, Zeco was already establishing a work ethic, as he worked in the parking administration for the company. He continued to work, but he longed to follow his father, Fabio Auriemo, the developer and founder of JHSF.

In the year of 2000, Zeco identified the branch of incorporation which would focus on high income. The market was growing rapidly in some of Brazil’s largest cities, which made Zeco want to pursue his goals even further. The company invested in a multifunctional project of more than eighty thousand square meters, located in the Marginal Pinheiros regions. As many felt that this was a high risk business endeavor, Zeco Auriemo fought for the project, and proceeded JHSF towards the construction. After the final product, Parque Cidade Jardim was structured into shopping malls, residential buildings, commercial buildings, and areas for academic activities. This infrastructure building has led to JHSF focusing on construction in the United States.
