Today, Lori Senecal is on the leadership team of one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing companies. She serves as the global Chief Executive Officer of CP+B (Crispin Porter+ Bogusky). She has been in this position since the year 2015 and is bound to end her tenure, at this agency, by the end of the year. Commenting on her exit, the owners of CP+B stated that they enjoyed having the management genius on their team. Senecal also added that she had been planning her exit since she joined the company. Senecal is leaving the company to pursue entrepreneurship, something that her heart has always been in.

Prior to joining the MDC Partners’ agency, Senecal worked at KBS. She was part of KBS for approximately 6 years. Initially, she started out as the president of the company. Three years down the line and with a great management track record, the board of directors appointed her to take the position of chairman. In addition, she was promoted to be Chief Executive Officer of the company. By the time she was leaving the company, in March 2015, she was the Global CEO of the company.

Under her leadership, KBS is recorded to have expanded to employ more than 800 employees. Campaign Live says this was a very big achievement considering that when she was joining the company, employees, investors and clients were exiting. At the time, it was thought that reversing the situation would be impossible. But, Lori Senecal being the extraordinary talent she is, she managed to restore normalcy and even expand the company.
